When I first went to Total Care Massage and Acupuncture I had Plantar Fasciitis. I had tried everything. Rick traced the pathway to my problem and started treating it. It took several visits, but I have been pain free for 5 years. We also treated my Asthma and Bronchitis and the Acupuncture has helped me to not have this as often. I would recommend Total Care to anyone with problems.

I found acupuncture to be a very relaxing and very exciting to learn about. I had always been very curious about it and was thrilled to be able to experience it I had treatments for, of coarse for rest and relaxation food addictions ,sugar and diverticulitis. I did find that I was sleeping better, my food craving were easier to handle which with diet and exercise did help with the sugar and diverticulitis. I would recommend anyone to try this. It is a lot better then taking a bunch of pills with all the side affects .

I could go beyond available space to give you my review.... Every visit is always an asset to my body.....Because I am a Hair Stylist I suffered extreme pain in my shoulder that grew up my neck and ended in my eye. Before the pain got to its worse stage I would loose eye sight in one eye. During this experience there was nothing helpful and I mean nothing.. I made an appointment with a Neurologist who said he could not help me other than Botox Injections. He said they were about $4000k and my insurance didn't cover... I would have considered paying this but his last words were he could not guarantee they would help. I was to the end of my rope looking for relief. Thankfully a person asked me if I had ever considered Acupuncture? I found Rick and he was the answer to my problem. After 4 visits the problem was gone!!! I have made it through 3 yrs without this reoccurring and can not tell you how wonderful it feels to be without the pain... I honestly never thought I would be enjoying life ever again and I am everyday...I still do maintenance with Rick because I still do hair and carry around a 23 lb. grand baby so occasional maintenance is a plus for me....I recommend Acupuncture to everyone who wants to feel good :) It totally is the answer!!

Rick Morgan has been my acupuncturist and massage therapist for quite a few years. As a result I have been the recipient of his skills for a number of health problems. Perhaps the most dramatic success I have had was the result of acupuncture treatment for a problem with hypothyroidism. My thyroid was secreting insufficient hormone and my MD had increased the medication dosage three times in an attempt to deal with the problem. Rick stated that there was a treatment he could use that might help. He proceeded to treat for several sessions. I went to the MD for follow-up thyroid testing, and was called very soon with news that my thyroid hormone level was improving! I talked with the doctor about having had acupuncture treatment, and he encouraged me to continue even though he did not understand how acupuncture would help. Over a number of months my medication dosage level continued to drop, to my MD's and my amazement! It actually became lower than it had been since I started medication years before! Now, several years later, my thyroid hormone level continues to be lower than it was prior to the time pf Rick's treatment. Needless to say, after having Rick practice his skills through the years for a number of health problems, I sing his praises to family and friends. He's the best!

I depend on Total Care and Rick to keep me going. The massage and acupuncture are great stress and pain relievers. Give it a try!

I experienced dramatic results from a single acupuncture treatment. I had an allergic reaction that caused me to break out in hives all over my body. After giving me the maximum dosage of steroids without results, my MD didn't know what else to try. I had suffered with the condition for over a month when Rick administered the acupuncture treatment. The hives were gone the following morning. I was very thankful! Now I rely on regular ( every 2-3 weeks) massage and acupuncture treatments for my health and well-being. I am 69 years of age and the only prescription medication I take is a blood pressure pill.

I've been going to Rick Morgan at Total Care Massage & Acupuncture for more than 15 year. When I first met Rick, I had already had fibromyalgia for 10 years and was progressively getting worse. I needed a cane to walk and was facing the very real possibility of ending up in a wheelchair. He began treating me with Myofascial Release Therapy and two months later, I laid my cane down and never picked it up again! Over the years, I've had some ups and downs physically but he's always been able to help me improve with either MRT or acupuncture. I'm currently the best I've been in more than 25 years. It can be difficult to find someone who is trained to do Myofascial Release Therapy, which in my opinion is the most effective form of treatment for fibromyalgia. So I am extremely thankful to have found Rick. I have highly recommended him to many of my family members and friends.
